Amazing Transformation Of Dog Left For Dead In Arizona Yard

In the not too distant past, an injured and bleeding pit bull was discovered in front of a house in Phoenix, Arizona. The dog was covered in wounds and was in an area known for dogfighting.

Thanks to Arizona Humane Society’s Emergency Animal Medical Technicians, the injured dog was taken away from his dismal life and provided with the treatment that he needed to recover.

Today, the dog named “Booger,” bears little resemblance to the downtrodden dog who was found in front of the Phoenix house.

After Booger (formerly Ruger) recovered, he was adopted by a wonderful new family and today, his life is exactly as it should be. Each day, he wakes up with his people and enjoys all of the things that a beloved pet should enjoy.

He gets to go for walks, enjoys belly rubs, goes for car rides, plays at dog parks and runs on the beach. No longer is his body covered in bloodied bite wounds…today he is happy and healthy and most importantly, loved.

The Arizona Humane Society hopes that animal lovers will help them continue to support dogs like Booger – homeless animals who deserve the chance to love and be loved.
